ABOUT AAYLA
ABOUT AAYLA AAYLA provides professional education, digital resources, and products related to freckle tattooing and cosmetic tattoo artistry. Our current digital offerings include the AAYLA Online Freckle Tattoo Course and AAYLA Color Guide. AAYLA does not currently provide permanent makeup or freckle tattoo services to clients. ONLINE FRECKLE TATTOO COURSE The AAYLA Online Freckle Tattoo Course is a self-paced educational program designed to teach freckle tattoo techniques and related professional knowledge. Your purchase provides you with personal access to the course and the materials included with it for the access period stated on the course sales page at the time of your purchase. Course content may include videos, written lessons, demonstrations, downloadable resources, templates, reference materials, and other educational content. Course content may occasionally be updated, reorganized, replaced, or improved as AAYLA's education evolves. COURSE ACCESS Your course access is for your individual use only. Your login information may not be shared with another person, business, employee, coworker, student, or organization. Purchasing one course enrollment does not provide access for multiple people. If we reasonably believe that an account is being shared, distributed, copied, or used in violation of these Terms, AAYLA may suspend or terminate access to protect our educational materials. DIGITAL COLOR GUIDE The AAYLA Color Guide is a digital educational resource intended to support artists who already have foundational knowledge of freckle tattooing and pigment selection. The Color Guide is not a complete freckle tattoo training course and should not be treated as a replacement for professional training. Your purchase provides one individual license to use the Color Guide for your own professional reference. The Color Guide may not be copied, uploaded, shared, distributed, resold, reproduced, or provided to other individuals or businesses. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All AAYLA course materials, videos, photographs, graphics, written lessons, guides, downloads, templates, worksheets, demonstrations, branding, and other original educational materials are owned by or licensed to AAYLA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing an AAYLA course or digital product gives you permission to use the materials for your own learning and professional reference. It does not transfer ownership of the content to you. Unless AAYLA gives you written permission, you may not: • Copy or reproduce course materials for distribution • Share course videos or login information • Upload AAYLA materials to another website, platform, group, or course • Resell or redistribute the Color Guide or other downloads • Use AAYLA course materials to create your own training program or educational product • Record, screen-record, photograph, or otherwise reproduce substantial portions of paid course content for sharing or distribution • Remove AAYLA branding or copyright notices from educational materials • Claim AAYLA materials, techniques, graphics, photographs, or written content as your own You may use the knowledge and techniques you learn through AAYLA in your own professional practice. STUDENT WORK + CERTIFICATION Where certification is offered, completing the course alone may not automatically qualify a student to receive a certificate. Students may be required to complete specific lessons, submit an assignment, provide photographs or other requested work, or meet additional requirements described within the course. Submission of an assignment does not guarantee certification. AAYLA may request revisions, additional practice, or a new submission when necessary before issuing a certificate. An AAYLA certificate confirms completion of the applicable educational requirements established by AAYLA. It does not replace any license, registration, permit, bloodborne-pathogens training, health department requirement, insurance requirement, or other credential required by your state, city, country, or local authority. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY Tattooing, permanent makeup, and cosmetic tattoo services may be regulated differently depending on where you live or work. It is your responsibility to understand and follow the laws, licensing requirements, health regulations, sanitation standards, insurance requirements, and scope-of-practice rules that apply in your location. Purchasing or completing an AAYLA course does not automatically authorize you to perform freckle tattoo services professionally. AAYLA does not guarantee that the training alone satisfies the legal requirements to practice in your jurisdiction. EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION AAYLA's courses and resources are provided for educational purposes. Although we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, cosmetic tattooing involves professional judgment, individual client considerations, products, equipment, skin characteristics, and other factors that may affect results. Students are responsible for applying the information appropriately and working within their own training, experience, and legal scope of practice. COLOR + PIGMENT INFORMATION Color theory and pigment information provided by AAYLA is intended as professional educational guidance. Pigments, formulas, manufacturer recommendations, product availability, and product formulations may change over time. Artists should always review current manufacturer instructions, ingredient information, safety guidance, and applicable regulations before using a product on a client. Individual healed results may vary based on skin tone, undertone, technique, pigment selection, healing, lifestyle, aftercare, and other factors. RESULTS AAYLA does not guarantee a specific artistic, business, financial, career, or client outcome from purchasing or completing our education. Your results depend on many factors, including your previous experience, practice, technique, judgment, implementation of the material, and individual clients. Examples of AAYLA work or student work are provided for educational or illustrative purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every student or client will achieve the same result. PRICING + PROMOTIONS Prices for AAYLA courses and digital products may change at any time. The current price of the Online Freckle Tattoo Course is $179, but future pricing may be different. A price change, sale, discount, promotion, or future offer does not entitle previous purchasers to a refund or reimbursement for the difference unless AAYLA specifically states otherwise. PAYMENTS Payment is required at the time of purchase unless another payment option is specifically offered. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider's terms and privacy practices. You agree to provide accurate billing and purchase information when completing an order. REFUNDS Because AAYLA courses and guides contain digital content that becomes accessible after purchase, refund eligibility is limited. The Online Freckle Tattoo Course is considered final once course access has been provided. The AAYLA Color Guide is considered final once it has been delivered or made available for download. Exceptions involving duplicate charges, accidental purchases before access, technical problems, or other circumstances are explained in our separate Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AAYLA may suspend or terminate course access if we reasonably determine that a user has: • Shared login credentials • Distributed paid materials without permission • Resold or reproduced AAYLA content • Used the course or Color Guide to create unauthorized educational materials • Attempted to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems • Engaged in fraudulent activity related to a purchase Termination for a violation of these Terms does not automatically qualify the purchaser for a refund. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS + LINKS AAYLA educational materials may reference or link to pigments, supplies, equipment, websites, manufacturers, or other third-party products. These recommendations are provided for convenience and educational purposes. Product availability, pricing, formulas, quality, websites, and manufacturer recommendations can change. Unless specifically stated otherwise, AAYLA does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their products, services, websites, policies, or availability. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY We make reasonable efforts to keep the AAYLA website and digital products available and functioning properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, platform updates, technical problems, internet outages, or circumstances outside our control. CHANGES TO OUR COURSES + DIGITAL PRODUCTS AAYLA may update course lessons, resources, videos, downloads, platform features, or other educational materials over time. These updates may be made to improve the learning experience, reflect updated information, replace outdated resources, or maintain the quality of the program. Not every future AAYLA course, product, resource, or training is automatically included with a previous purchase unless specifically stated. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms & Conditions as AAYLA grows, our products change, or legal and business requirements change. When updates are made, the revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated date at the top of this page. The version that applies to a purchase may depend on the Terms presented or otherwise applicable at the time of that purchase, subject to applicable law.
