Hi, I'm Jessica, the founder of AAYLA!
I've spent 10 years working as a permanent makeup artist, performing cosmetic tattoo services and developing a special interest in creating natural-looking tattooed freckles.
One of the biggest things I've learned is that realistic freckles are not supposed to look perfect!
Natural freckles vary in size, color, placement, spacing, and saturation. Learning how to recreate that variation while still creating a result that complements the client's face is a big part of what makes freckle tattooing an art.
After refining my technique through years of working with real clients, I wanted to create a course that made learning the technique simple and approachable for other artists.
I also didn't want to create a course filled with unnecessary information just to make it feel bigger. The training focuses on the information I believe matters most — along with demonstrations and resources you can actually use as you begin offering the service.
